2. WORKER SAFETY

2.1 Purpose

Requirements to ensure the safety, security, and fire protection in the process of implementing the contribution to complete the work to ensure the quality, safety, and schedule:
 Avoid injury to people, damage equipment damage.
Identify risks to overcome and minimize damage.
 Meet the requirements of the standards of the State, bring efficiency in work.
 Preventing harmful agents affecting the environment.

2.2 Occupational safety and hygiene during implementation

2.2.1 Dark labor protection

Workers on site must be equipped with protective clothing before
working. The protective equipment provided includes:
 Helmets.
 Protective clothing.
 Protective footwear.

2.2.2 Safety in construction

a) Safety

Do not move the Barie or safety marks.
Any accident or incident that occurs must be promptly reported to the Supervisor on duty and must be recorded in the incident book.
Injured people need to be given first aid and taken to a medical facility for treatment as quickly as possible.
Do not do anything that harms others, including negligence, negligence, or improper use of equipment.
Need to know how to recognize alarm signals and know how to act

b) Sanitation

The workplace should always be neat and clean.
Clean up trash and dispose of waste regularly after each shift.
The person performing the work must make sure that everything is safe, including work tools, that are well stored.

c) Transporting materials and equipment

The transportation of materials and equipment to the gathering yard must be guided and have a specific plan.
Warehouses to arrange and preserve materials and equipment must be predetermined on the site surface with the necessary quantity for construction. The location of this area must be convenient for transportation and unloading.
Materials and equipment gathered at the construction site must be stored in temporary warehouses or covered with tarps.

2.2.3 Protection of landmarks – monitoring location

a) Inclinometer position

The top of the inclinometer tube must be covered with a cap to prevent objects from falling into the tube, clogging the tube, and hindering the diaphragm wall displacement measurement. The part of the inclinometer pipe above the road surface needs an iron frame around it to protect the tube. In addition, the reflective cloth is required around it to warn people on the construction site and avoid damaging the inclinometer.

b) Location of underground water level monitoring

The top of the water level monitoring well pipe must have a cover to prevent objects from falling into the pipe, clogging the pipe, and hindering the measurement of groundwater level. The part of the good pipe above the road surface needs an iron frame around it to protect the pipe. In addition, the reflective fabric should be wrapped around to warn people on the construction site and avoid damage.

c) Piezometer position

The signal lines of the pore water pressure gauge are led to a favorable position to avoid the influence of the construction process. Make a protective box for the wire ends to avoid the weak influence of weather conditions.
